What we can help with
- Corrections. A factual error, a dead link, a changed office or a discontinued product. Tell us what is wrong and where, and we will check it against a primary source.
- Company updates. If your entry is out of date, send the evidence and we will re-check it.
- Submissions. New providers should go through add a company, which asks for everything we need up front.
- Press and research. Questions about our methodology or requests to cite it.
What we cannot help with
We are an editorial desk, not an investigator. We cannot trace a transaction, recover funds, assess your case, refer you to a provider, or introduce you to anyone in the ranking — and we take no fee for introductions because we make none. If you have lost funds, start with what to do in the first 24 hours, then approach any provider directly.
